While these measures are taken to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your order, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure security of our systems.

Shipping and Delivery

Standard next working day delivery is included in the price.
Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
Any delivery timescales are indicative only and cannot constitute a binding obligation on Parfums d’Orsay UK.
For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. We are able to despatch to an alternative address if you need someone to receive and sign for your delivery.

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases. Regrettably, due to the nature of the products, we are unable to offer exchanges or refund. This does not affect your other rights of course; if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we will replace them.
